A local Estate Agent is asked to pick up the pieces and try to restore a private property to the rental market. When he has to drill through the door to get into the property, you know it’s a bad sign!
With the kitchen in ruins, piles of rubbish and shattered glass panes scattered around the place, it’s clear this place is going to need a lot of work. Worst of all, the floorboards are turned up everywhere and the pipes are missing!

The financial implications of stolen pipes are massive as licensed plumbers in the UK can charge up to £400 for a day’s work. If the property wasn’t properly secured the insurers may not even pay out.
