Описание: This headline my sound crazy to you, but i’ll let you in on a little secret… it’s not all that crazy and it’s not all that uncommon. Unfortunately there are many things you need to know before you sign a rental contract in Germany. Even me, myself, someone who has learned a lot about renting a home in Germany over the last 8 years… even I got screwed over. And unfortunately, sometimes there’s just not much you can do about it unless you were well prepared beforehand.

So, I hope this video serves as a little learning lesson for those of you who are about to sign your first rental contract in Germany.
