                    好吃到舔手指的蒜香炸鸡翅,🐔蒜香味浓郁,鲜嫩多汁,做法一点也不难‼️😋
材料:400克鸡翅,柠檬片,
酱料:100克红葱头,150克蒜,100毫升生抽,50毫升味淋,50毫升绍兴酒,1勺盐,1勺白糖,30毫升芝麻油
1)把清洗好的鸡翅前后刮两刀,冷水下锅,加入柠檬片煮开捞出备用
2)把100克红葱头,150克蒜,100毫升生抽,50毫升味淋,50毫升绍兴酒,1勺盐,1勺白糖,30毫升芝麻油搅成泥
3)把酱料倒入鸡翅抓拌均匀,腌制2小时或以上
4)2小时后,取出把鸡翅上的腌料抹干净
5)热锅热油,把鸡翅放入两面炸至金黄色就可以开吃啦❤️
