This week's episode features a variety of HVAC work:

Replaced a blower motor in a McQuay water source heat pump in an awkward spot
Replaced the guide rails on a sliding glass door reach in cooler
Replaced a capacitor on a furnace blower in a wellness clinic
Nitrogen cleaned an extremely dirty condenser coil at a pizza place
Decommissioned a walk-in cooler by disassembling the refrigeration components
Installed a couple of extractor/exhaust fans in an attic

This week I was also invited to speak on a panel discussion about workforce development at the HRAI Conference in Vancouver.
