We show how to prune established grape vines to a High Wire Cordon trellis using spur pruning. We also show how to make a cordon out of a cane from last year. The video features close up footage of pruning demonstrations and clearly shows how to use the trellis.

The High Wire Cordon trellis system works really well with cold hardy grape vines. This vine is a seedless cold-hardy hybrid grape variety with both American and European grape heritage.
