In this video, I walk you through day 2 of my free full-body routine. This 3-day full-body routine is mostly suited towards beginner and intermediate trainees or those that only have 3 days per week to spend in the gym.
Here is an overview of the exercises discussed in this video:
Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Incline DB Bench Press: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Chest-Supported Rows: 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Conventional Deadlifts: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Leg Press: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Tricep Pushdown: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
