ENG: The moment finally came, when I started putting some VCS
styled mods here and there back in January, I didn't really think that
things would come this far...but I'm glad they did, I'm glad I saw the
lost potential in a mod like this and I'm glad I could continue it with
public mods and custom stuff which I managed to do here and there.
Anyway, I know you must be wondering about how to get the mod so
I'll get to that, so basically you'll need a fresh copy of GTA Vice City of course
in which you just need to put all the modded files in it and that's it! Enjoy the game!
PS: I'm sorry in advance for any crashes or stupid bugs which I didn't find
or I couldn't fix...have fun!

RO: Hai noroc, pana la urma am reusit sa termin si acest mod....
Din prima va spun ca aveti nevoie de o copie curata de GTA Vice City,
in care evident puneti fiserele modate si cam atat, greu nu?
Oricum, cu voi nu o sa mai stau sa va zic ca "Doamne, ce fericit sunt ca
am gasit si am putut continua acest mod", ci o sa va zic direct un
"Distractie placuta", si daca aveti ceva probleme...imi pare rau, dar
cel mai probabil nu o sa stiu sa o rezolv, si asa am avut cateva probleme
pe final ce le-am rezolvat...si nu prea, oricum bajeti (si fete daca sunt..daca)
