Working alongside Flynn, Zarafa designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a replacement Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) for facade access on the iconic Belfast City Hospital for Flynn (Maurice Flynn & Sons Ltd).
This cutting-edge system is vital for maintaining the hospital’s exterior — enabling safe, efficient inspections, cleaning, and repairs that keep operations running smoothly and infrastructure in top condition.
This project was then recognised as the Healthcare Infrastructure Project of the Year at the CEFAwards25! Well done to everyone involved in delivering on this complex project.
