On Children's Day evening, I walked from Jamwon Hangang Park to Banpo Bridge. Even though I started walking late at 10pm, there were quite a few people.
I enjoyed walking while watching the crescent moon and bridge lights reflected on the Hangang river, the stars of the buildings, seeing people having picnics and taking walks in this happy evening, and watching young people playing basketball.
Seoul is awesome to have Hangang river that you can visit anytime!

[Banpo Moonlight Rainbow Fountain]
The Moonlight Rainbow Fountain, a core project of the Hangang Renaissance, started in June 2007 and was splendidly born as a bridge fountain with a majestic and dynamic image in the static image of the leisurely flowing Han River through the opening ceremony in April 2009.
In order to produce the entire wide river width (about 700m) that only the Han River in Seoul has, a drop submersible pump is used in the 1,140m section on the upper and downstream sides of the Banpo Bridge section and water is sprayed to the music.
It does not simply spray water, but the program is structured so that the background music and the fountain production harmonize beautifully and harmoniously.
On November 7, 2008, it was registered with the Guinness Association as 『The longest bridge fountain in the world, the Moonlight Rainbow Fountain』. It has proven its potential as a tourist destination.
The Moonlight Rainbow Fountain, a flower of the Han River's renaissance, will be engraved in the hearts of citizens as a beautiful place of memories where a new living culture is created as a new attraction on the Han River, a space of love where beautiful music and scenery are harmonized.

Peak season (July-August) 12pm, 7.30pm, 8pm, 8.30pm, 9pm, 9.30pm (20 minutes each time)
