This is actually based on Rachmaninoff's arrangement, instead of the original version by Rimsky-Korsakov. They are similar, but have notable differences.
I estimate that this stage plays at 7.0 tiles per second initially, not even close to nearly 14 tiles per second when actually playing (the normal speed for Bumblebee, 208 BPM).
