Steak Rub: I am so bummed. I looked high and low and could not find the exact steak rub I made. Just google steak rub with coffee grounds and pick one I guess. Or, order this steak rub from Amazon. We LOVE it and bough some for each of our dads for Father's Day already!

Egg Cups: I can't really give you a recipe, but I'll tell you what I did. Crack and beat 18 eggs. Add a cup of cottage cheese. Mix in frozen spinach, sausage, mushrooms, or whatever you want. I also added paprika, celery salt, salt, pepper, and season salt. I added probably 1/4 c. of milk. Pour into greased muffing tins. I baked them in the oven at 350° until completely set and then stored them in a Tupperware container to eat at all week. They were good, but not the best thing I've ever eaten, so feel free to adapt as you want.
