The SIT confirmed this and also found that ₹235 crore of TTD money was misused. Yet, the investigation blamed only dairy company staff and a few TTD employees. Important questions remain unanswered. How did TTD chairmen, EOs, and senior officials not notice fake ghee for five years? Who ordered the supply to Bhole Baba Dairy even after lab tests failed? Who benefited from this huge scam? These powerful people were never named as accused. In both cases, SITs were formed under Supreme Court orders, but they stopped without finding the real masterminds. This creates a strong feeling that powerful people were protected, while truth and justice were left incomplete.
