The most beautiful thing in the world that humanity had neglected since ages is nature. Nature has the healing power when someone gets tired of the day to day living.

Raintree terrace is designed respecting the nature. A magnificent Raintree is adjacent to the site which is considered as a part of the design. A small patch of remaining green space is transformed into a children’s playground in order to accommodate the tree.
Despite generating a rigid geometrical form, the building form is fragmented to respect the location of the Raintree, resulting a spatial interaction with the tree canopy.

A spacious circular terrace is designed at the corner of the building. Standing on the terraces on different levels will make the dwellers feel like living under the tree.
