In a previous video, Wes explained how to troubleshoot a "crank but no start" issue on a 1998 Ford Explorer. The troubleshooting procedure pointed to a bad fuel pump. That video explained in detail on how to replace the pump. In this video the same vehicle is back and is having the same problems BUT the fuel pump in working. What could the problem be?
