If you play a Dunmer character, once you hit a certain amount of disposition, he will ask you what house you belong to if any and can answer with one of these options. Your choice will also affect some dialogue in quests and Xelzaz's opinion of you. Thank you to BluePwnsU for telling me what options do what amounts of disposition since my guess was completely wrong. This was on the discord, by the way.
