ANOTHER GREAT WING LOVERS' RECIPE.

IF YOU ARE A LOYAL SUBBIE, YOU KNOW THAT I LOVE LOVE LOVE TO COOK FOR MY FAMILY. Although I really love cooking, that does not mean I love being in the kitchen all day every day. I love quick, delicious, and easy recipes for my family to enjoy.

This recipe is good for that single person, single mom/dad, and the parents who work hard but want something tasty after work. I suggest you prep your wings in the morning before work and the level of flavor in the wings will make you eat the bones (NOT REALLY BUT WELL SOME PEOPLE EAT THE BONES LOL). It will take you very little time to pop these in the air fryer, make a quick salad, or pop veggies in the microwave to steam.

In less than 30 minutes, you will have a great meal for you, your family, and/or friends.

WHY I STARTED MY CHANNEL?
I truly believe that everyone should live in a home that is beautiful and filled with love. And that my friend has nothing to do with the size or cost of the home but rather the people that reside within those four walls. OH YEAH, and great food should be on the table as well.

RECIPE:
20 WINGS
1 teaspoon of the following:
garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, parsley flakes
1 can of pineapple pieces
1 bottle of your favorite bbq sauce
Cooking Spray
Olive oil

Thaw wings
Pat Dry
Add seasonings and marinate for 1 hour to overnight
Pre-Heat Air Fryer for 6 minutes at 400 degrees
Add half of your wings (10) and cook for 12 minutes
Flip wings, and cook on other side for 12 minutes

Sauce:
In a wok or saucepan, brush with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
Cook pineapples on each side for about 1 minute
Remove pineapples
Add BBQ sauce mixed with pineapple juice from the can
Heat on medium high heat
Add pineapple chunks

In a pan or bowl, mix the cooked wings and BBQ sauce together
Plate and enjoy with a green salad, steamed veggies, or French fries!
