I planned well, I was well equipped and I had plenty of food and water with me. Despite this I still managed to get completely drained and exhausted to the extent that I couldn't move for the first couple of hours at the campground.
I still had an amazing time and I am thoroughly looking forward to my next bikepacking trip. Next time I will eat more and take my time.
