In this podcast, I begin with explaining the “Social Comparison Theory.” I start with giving 3 examples with how others compare themselves, and add a personal anecdote.
Each path is unique, and each person passes through their own hurdles. It’s important to realize when you’ve started to compare yourself in order to work towards controlling your emotions and feelings.
I give some pointers on how I worked on controlling my emotions when I first moved to United States, and how they still help me.
