We recently were sent some samples from All The Bitter which included their Lavender bitters. I haven’t used Lavender in a drink before but when I thought about what to make today that might compliment the flavor, I thought this one sounded perfect!
The White Lady
2oz Gin
0.5oz Orange Liqueur
0.5oz Lemon Juice
1 egg white
3-5 dashes Lavender Bitters from All The Bitter
