✨ Ingredients
• 1 tomato
• 4 small carrots
• 200g sunflower oil
• 60g water
• 1.5g agar-agar
How to make tomato and carrot caviar:
Clean and chop the carrots and tomato, then blend until smooth with the water. Strain through a sieve and place in a saucepan. Add agar-agar, dissolve, and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Let it cool to around 38–40°C. Meanwhile, chill sunflower oil in the freezer. Using a syringe, drop the mixture into the cold oil to form perfect pearls.
Keep refrigerated — they’ll stay fresh and retain their texture for several days.
