Athletics Heats (Vishal TK Shines): On the track, Vishal TK put in a blistering performance in the Men's 400m Heats, clocking 46.49s to easily qualify for the semi-finals. Meanwhile, Rajesh Ramesh narrowly missed out, finishing 17th overall with a time of 47.43s.
Para Swimming Success: Massive congratulations to Karthik Budigina and Ali Imam, who both put in fantastic heat performances to qualify for the Men's 50m Freestyle S13 Final later tonight!
