These Ghee Fried Mutton Chops Are Next Level!

Описание: Hi everyone, this is Smita Deo, and today, we’re turning a classic favourite into a party-perfect starter!
These juicy mutton chops, slow-cooked in rich spices and served on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes, are a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Ingredients:
½ cup ghee
3 onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
750 g mutton chops
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
½ cup water
Salt to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
Fried onions, chopped coriander (for garnish)
Mashed potatoes (for serving)

Method:
-Heat ghee and fry onions till golden. Add garlic and ginger paste and sauté. Add mutton chops and cook on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add turmeric, chilli, and garam masala powder. Pour in water, mix well, and cook covered on medium low flame till the chops turn tender. Drizzle lemon juice once done.
-To serve, place the mutton chops over creamy mashed potatoes, spoon the thick gravy around, and garnish with fried onions and coriander.
