BRAND NEW | Season 2: Episode 5 | Rainbo Seniors Citizen Foundation | The Cape Malay “Jawwap” a division of SKYLIMIT ProjMan (PTY) Ltd “Because Little Things Matter”
We’re all getting older, but that doesn’t mean that everything has to stop. It’s never too late to have some fun!
In this episode, we chat with longtime friends, Rasheda Ariefdien and Sumaya Orrie Meyer, the founders of RSCF who share their personal and travelling journeys for the first time.
Travelling can be a wonderful and precious thing! They are excited to be delving into the archives, to reference everything from serious to fun times, and equipped with enough passion for a village.
The sense of humour, service and experience, love and passion …is unbelievable!
Here, you’ll find the benefits of organized group travel so you can choose more confidently and smarter. The two share how their paths have crossed, and detail the foundation.
These go-getters stop at nothing. As they say ‘The early bird catches the worm’… So, Be ready… Set… Go! Believe that adventures are for everyone. So, if you’re scared or think you’re too old to make new friends or travel… think again!
Here, we are reminded to stop at nothing, travel the world, live your life to the fullest & make more friends! The feeling and satisfaction is priceless!
Ladies, you’re such an inspiration and we can all learn from each other! We Thank You for sharing your stories with us!
You have been “Cape-M’laid” 🙂

The raw and untold stories depicted here were inspired by our Galant and Diedericks Families, formerly from Claremont and District Six in Cape Town, SOUTH AFRICA;
by our self-published and best seller book: Imam Haron’s BILAL ”Let them hear, let them listen!” (where we have encapsulated our father's memories of the 1960s, Hajji Abduraghmaan 'Pinkie' Galant, a student of the Anti-apartheid icon, the late Imam Abdullah Haron who was incarcerated for 123 days without charge and in isolation, he was brutally tortured and killed in September of 1969, written in true Cape Malay style, by Fatima Galant Abrahams, with supporting footnotes and a glossary to better explain to the reader);
as well as by our Madrassatu-Sobiereen,
our Pinkie’s CHOW Community Food Drives,
our rich culture, history, and traditions preserved by our forefathers.
Despite everything they have gone through in the past, a joyous spirit remains.
