Crispy and easy patisapta recipe.
For the batter :
1 cup rice flour or you can grind soaked rice
Half cup flour or maida
1 fourth cup gur or liquid jaggery
Half cup milk
And mix this into a batter not too thin not too thick .
For the pur or filling :
Caramelise grated cocunut in ghee
Add milk powder
Little water
And half cup gur or liquid jaggery
Make a sticky paste
Brush little oil in pan, pour the batter and leave it for few minutes in medium heat , then add the filling close it from both sides like a wrap
