Absolutely stunning church ⛪️
A church as been on the site since the 11th century, with remnants of Norman architecture visible.
The present building , dating back from the 14th century,has undergone alterations and expansions over time.
The churchyard contains a number of interesting tombstones , ledger tombs , and table tombs , including a monument commemorating the drowning of 26 children in the Huskar pit disaster in 1838.
