A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEALTH SCIENCE STUDENT AT SFU: First Week of Online School + Lockdown Edition

Описание: In this video, I'm sharing a productive day in my life as a health science student! I’m doing a major in Health Sciences and a minor in Business at Simon Fraser University (SFU). Today, I just had a business lecture and studied for my health science courses.

Right now, most classes are still in an online class / remote learning format so I don’t leave my house much. However, I do try to make the most out of my time and to stay productive with a routine even at home.

I wanted to show you how you can still make time to exercise, go on a walk, stay hydrated, have fun and more during this pandemic. I know I am privileged to be able to go on walks in a fairly safe neighbourhood and to have a lot more time for self-care. However, I do hope that this video will inspire you to make small changes (even if it’s just 5 minutes a day) to your everyday life to care for your physical and mental health.
