AUGUST 7th TEAM MEETING
Before we leave for TJ Iʼd like to get our team together one last time. On Sunday, August 7th Iʼd like you to be available for to spend a bunch of time together as a team. Please arrive at Central Baptist Church at 9:00am.

During our morning together we will go to each of the services at Central to be "prayed out" and will also work through some other team information.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please bring your passport to this meeting. You will be leaving it with me and I will be taking it to the airport with me on Monday morning. If you forget your passport I will ask you to go get it and bring it to me! After our travel day I will collect the passports and lock them in a safe at the base. You will have a copy with you at all times.


FINAL INFORMATION PACKAGE
As the trip approaches I've been getting a bunch of questions about itinerary and what to pack and all that sort of stuff. So I've prepared another Packet called the "Final Information" Package. This should tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about the trip. It's got the itinerary, a packing list and a bunch of emergecy contact information for while we're gone.

It also has a information about the blog that I've set up to provide updates for during the trip! I'd encourage you to subscribe to receive updates from this blog! Share this link with family and friends and supporters. They can check it out at their leasure or they too can subscribe to receive updates. I will not be using this blog to get final information out to you the team. It will only be for me to update some pictures, tell people about what we've been doing and also to share prayer requests. So share the link to as many people as you think would want to hear about that!


PRAYER CARDS
One of the things we like to do is give you an opportunity to distribute prayer cards to friends, family and supporters. We'll have those to give to you next Sunday, July 31st. They look sweet! I'll be printing 6 per person, but if you want more I can email you the file and you can print as many as you want. Let me know.


FOLK FEST
I've also had a number of people asking about Folk Fest Parking. I've created a sign up sheet that students are welcome to sign up for. Find me at youth or at church if you want to sign up.
