The Remap is probably why the EGR valve was caked up to the bottom because it’s not opening so this would be normal.
Remove this rear panel for service and repairs

The reason this has no P0400 is because it has had a remap
Autosafe cargo barrier is a inconsiderate design and only rated to 60 kg anyway
