Описание: I needed to make this video to help give a little perspective on how to get closure after a break up. Some of this material can be found in my book, Dear Soul: Love After Pain. It's important that everyone get closure after a break up. Dealing with unresolved grief, the feeling of being unwanted or feeling like you're a loser is not a safe place to stay. Although, those feelings make sense, we just don't want to stay there because it is not fun. I hope that these tips help you get closure around your break up.

In Summary:
Don't seek closure front he person that is giving you pain, the person that is trying to leave you. It's not their job. They will NEVER give you closure.

Emotions:
It's not about trying to control your emotions. It's about trying to control how you react to your emotions.

Perspective:
Listen to the words that you use to describe how you are, your human condition. don't say that you are broken. You are healing, you are growing.

Always remember that both people are in pain so how can you expect healing from them, if they are in pain too? you have to look inside for closure.
