While addressing bureaucrats from various municipal corporations in the State, Zohar Sharon, Chief Knowledge Officer of Tel Aviv Municipality said, “You must know your people as a municipality. The main reason Tel Aviv was named the smartest city in the world is because we have knowledge about the people of the city.”
Sharon was in the city to address bureaucrats, politicians and other prominent personalities at the ‘Simply Smart’ event organised by Delivering Change Foundation.
