Seafood Week is a campaign run by Seafish to encourage more people to eat more fish, more often.
Celebrity chef and owner of Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill, Richard Corrigan, discusses his passion for seafood ahead of Seafood Week (October 9-16). He reveals his first experience of tasting an oyster, the changes in seafood tastes he has witnessed throughout his career, and what he loves for breakfast.
Richard Corrigan runs Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill, Corrigan’s Mayfair, and Bentley’s Sea Grill in Harrods Food Hall in Knightsbridge. He has made many appearances on radio and television and has cooked for the Queen. He is the author of two recipe books, has gained Michelin stars and has won the Great British Menu three times.
