Here's a quick run through this new jump puzzle with no movement buffs. No commentary, but I hope it still shows you how to maneuver through the vault to score both chests.
Remember to have your starter weapon equipped! You have the fastest movement speed with it.
There is no timer until you trigger the waypoint on the bridge. I think it's 2 minutes, which is plenty of time to get through even with slip-ups.
