If you say an affirmation and a portion of your consciousness tells yourself this is not true, it can work against you.

These affirmations include a statement of truth with the affirmation. It allows your subconscious to let its guard down a little.

Though it may not be obvious it has a subtle effect

for instance

There are 7 days in a week, and I am wealthy.
There are 12 months in a year, and money loves me.
There are 4 seasons in the year, and I am financially free.
There are 24 hours in a day, and money flows to me all 24 hours.
There are four quarters in a dollar, and I have multiple streams of income. There are 100 cents in a dollar, and I am comfortable with wealth.
There are ten cents in a dime, and I attract money all the time.
The world needs sunlight for growth, and all my investments grow all the time.
Human beings breathe in oxygen, and I am able to tithe huge sums of money.
Fish swim in the sea, and I am abundant.
Birds fly in the sky, and abundant is my divine birthright.
All life needs water to live, and I am extremely successful.
Paper comes from trees, and I deserve the best.
Love is a beautiful thing, and I spend money wisely.
Music is an expression of the soul, and I expect the best and get it.
Wind can create a pleasant breeze, and money flows easily into my life.
Circles are round, and I deserve money.
Plus many more.

With this meditation I use this technique subverting the questioning mind and reprogramming the subconscious.
