To trigger this event, you need to be dating Amir and he needs to be at yellow heart or higher. Just walk into his house between 6am and 6pm. The day doesn't matter.
The "right" answer (the one that gives positive FP) is to listen in on the conversation, then tell Amir to not leave.
You can only trigger one confession or heart event per day, so you can't trigger this event on the same day that you trigger his green heart event.
Sometimes Amir does sort of act like a spoiled prince. Like at the beginning, where he was apparently telling Sanjay to write the letter instead because he didn't want to do it. And of course the purple heart event where he kicks you out if you tell him to give his sister stones (I for one think rocks make good souvenirs... then again I collected rocks when I was a kid).
