How to Make Phở (Kuy Teav/Kathiew) | Cooking with Mama

Описание: Hey guys, what's poppin'??! I am back with another cooking video! In this video, my mom is showing you all how to make phở, well more so Kuy Teav and/or Kathiev (Cambodian style). I hope you all enjoy! xx

In the video, I accidentally cut out the salt and grounded sugar being added. Please make sure to add about 5 tbsp of salt and however much pepper you'd like according to the size of your pot :)

Ingredients:
-Turnip
-Carrots
-Lime
-Cilantro
-Scallions
-"Saw mint"
-Shredded steak
-Beef with bone
-Beef meatball
-Galanga
-Grounded pepper
-Salt
-Sugar
-Beansprout
-Rice noodles (Banh phở toul)
-Phở beef flavoring (vien gia vi pho seasoning)
