Описание: As you can see everywhere around the United States, employee burnout due to mental health challenges is one of the single most challenges we have. It's also disturbing that applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy companies are faking out medical professionals by promising them large sign-on bonuses & not delivering on these promises.
Last week at the Miami Association For Behavior Analysis, I addressed this issue in my presentation with Paulie, and we believe behavioral science & organizational behavior management (OBM) is the solution.
