Everything was going well until the coal reserves hit zero. In this episode, we face our biggest crisis yet: a massive thermal collapse with a deficit of -336 Heat. My city is rapidly freezing, and the old generator setup just can't keep up with the demand. 🥶

To make matters worse, social unrest is boiling over. We deal with a tragic "Feral Children" event that forces my hand in the Council, leading to some intense political negotiations with the Overseers and Laborers. I have to pass the "Family Apprenticeship" law and promise subsidized housing just to keep the city from falling apart.

It’s a race against time to upgrade the generator and connect new colonies via Skyways before the cold takes us all. Can we survive the drop?
