Namaste my friends, in this video we will Practice Hatha Yoga with a focus on getting to the Front Split.
This video is a 50 minutes Full Class of Yoga Practice for Beginners. It aims at stretching the back and front side of your legs to get you closer to your Split or Hanumanasana.
We will focus on the breath and on its connection with the movements we perform, as well as use some tricks to stretch deeper.
It is ok if you are a complete beginner and you don’t have a split yet! Working on this split practice for beginners will get there.
If you can perform splits easily, this class will help you feel them differently and to work on them more profoundly. We will start with a warm up and then perform some selected positions while paying close attention to our legs, finishing with the Split pose itself.
