The Circle Skirt is one of the easiest beginner-friendly skirts to make. I took it up a notch by adding pockets and a lining to it and guess what: it is still beginner friendly!
The styling of it is also super exciting. It can be dressed up or down; and is youthful no matter in which length it comes.
