150g Rosinen / oder optional Aroniabeeren
300 g Äpfel
400 g Dinkelmehl
150 g gemahlene Mandeln
1 Prise Salz
1 Päckchen Backpulver
3 TL Zimt
etwas Muskat und Nelke
