Hire the mobile notary and attorney and pay you a handsome commission. When we get the money out, we'll even give you a commission advance when we get it under contract. At your request. Maybe you want to do a little of both. Start as a partner, and once you put some money in your pocket, move on to doing deals on your own. We have full time partners and part time partners and people that are a little in between. Many of them have been with us for years. You can build your empire, or you can do part of the work on your schedule and pace and let us handle the heavy lifting. So what's your goal? Do you want to earn while you learn and leverage our systems and crew to make side hustle or even full time income? There's no shame in that. We have a lot of folks that do that that make great money. Or do you want to eventually or right now, do the entire business on your own and make even more money for more work?
