Описание: I Went on a Summer Backpacking Trip in Washington (with a Group of Students!) // As my crazy summer of pivoting continues… I decided to crash another summer backpacking trip in Washington, this time with a group of ladies from my online backpacking program for women, The Confident Solo Female Backpacker System.

For 3 days and 2 nights, we attempted to hike the Alpine Lakes High Route.

Starting from the West Fork Foss Lakes Trailhead in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness, our plan was to head 23 miles towards the Necklace Valley Trailhead. This route would be filled with alpine lakes, stunning views of the area and a bit of route finding.

The theme of this trip was for all of us to challenge ourselves by getting out of our comfort zone, exploring a place none of us had ever been to before, to not get lost and to swim in as many alpine lakes as possible.
