Losing Everything... (Life Update)

Описание: This is a video documentation of my time being a caretaker for my grandfather who was diagnosed with dementia... Everything detailed in this video is from what I had witnessed, as well as my thoughts towards what is currently unfolding in my life... This is a real situation with real people, so as such I ask that you treat this with respect, and do not step out of line to take matters into your own hands... I have kept everything confidential up this point for a reason, and I would hope you can respect my wishes... Do NOT go out of your way to harass, threaten, or doxx these people... That is NOT the intention of this video, and it is NOT what I have been fighting for... If you want to help, please feel free to share this video and share my story... that above all, is all I need... I just want people to listen, and hopefully if you are in a situation where you believe something wrong is happening, this video gives you the courage and heart to speak up... my life has been a roller coaster the past half a decade... so much heartache, so much pain, and so much frustration... and getting it all out here, is the only way anyone will listen to me... I share a side of me in this video I've never shared publicly before, and I hope you guys don't look at me differently... But no matter what happens over the coming months, I am eternally blessed and grateful to have all of you behind me... Thank you so much for listening to me when nobody else would, and above all, for allowing me to share a major part of my life with all of you... Over the past few years, I found myself diving deep into the rabbit hole of "The Caretaker"... A musician who has dedicated his work, to releasing music related to the topic of dementia and the gradual deterioration of the human memory... After my grandfather's passing, I spent nights listening to these pieces... It portrays the phases of dementia, and the feelings associated with it... And scarily enough, it was painfully accurate to what it felt like being associated with such an awful and dehumanizing disease... I highly suggest if you have some time, to do some research yourself into this person's work... because it perfectly encapsulates how how truly awful this sickness is... I always looked at my grandfather as this "invincible" superhero who could take on anyone and anything, and leave without a scratch... but when he was diagnosed with dementia, I saw what was once a strong and resilient man, slowly be reduced to a shell of what he once was... Please give this a listen if you have time... It will open your eyes to a world you never want to experience yourself...
