1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
⅓ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth, then mix in the eggs and vanilla extract. Add the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until just combined.
