The victim, a resident of Tripura who came to study, is currently admitted in hospital. According to her statement, the accused, a Delhi resident, battered and tortured her, allegedly used sanitiser to burn her private parts and filmed the agony. He has been arrested by the Gurugram Police and is in custody.
