Its Wyoming assets could add 1 million lbs each down the road with additional development. The company also remains open to accretive M&A but will be highly selective, focusing on deals that enhance its production timeline or volumes.

enCore is well funded to deliver on its growth plans, supported by its improved balance sheet and revenue generation. A recent transaction has reduced debt while allowing the company to maintain full ownership of its key assets. This financial flexibility enables enCore to invest in expanding production without being overly reliant on external capital.
