In this video, I show how to get to make MAP MARKERS in Minecraft 1.21 (Tutorial)
You can easily mark any location you want on the map. You will only need an Anvil, a banner, and a map to do it.
This works on Java edition in version 1.21 and below. I did not test it on the Bedrock Edition.
