Caught In The Heartbreak was the first video from LA metal band St. Elmo's Fire. This track appeared on their second album "Warning From The Sky" released by Belaphon Records in 1988. This is the rare and, until now, unreleased version with Timecode. St. Elmo's Fire producers recut this several months later to another version that was commercially released. The Caught In The Heartbreak video was shot on a West Hollywood soundstage over the course of several nights.
The song was written in 1987 by guitarist Jeff Jones.
