Taken on 10/31/24.
Footage of various trains operating on the MTA's Hudson Line service and Amtrak's Empire Service and Lake Shore Limited, as well as buses on Bee-Line's Route 13 and Hudson Link service at Tarrytown. Additional trains operated on the Hudson Line to support fall tourism and travel patterns, including those observing fall foliage views across state and local parks. Some of the Hudson Line Diesels used P32AC-DM locomotive's in the New Haven livery.
Due to Tarrytown's annual Halloween Parade, all traffic was detoured away from Broadway in Downtown Tarrytown, leading to lots of congestion throughout the village. The only detour path was through the narrow and winding streets, which have not been designed to handle so much vehicular traffic, much less the additional influx from those attending the parade.
