Having an autism brain is a blessing sometimes and an issue other times. I love my autism brain and I don’t think I could live without my autism brain.

That said, while I was listening to a podcast in my car the other day my partner came into the car and said how on earth are you listening to that?

She was referring to the fact I had my podcast on x2 speed to listen to

People with adhd and autism have a super fast autism brain type and the faster the brain the quicker data needs to be digested.

As an autistic person I find myself bored of normal speed conversations, so I’m I’m watching a video or listening to a book or podcast I have to x2 the speed to digest the data at my level.
